2-Step Cheesy Pasta Twists

Ready in just 30 minutes, this easy skillet dish features corkscrew pasta, Italian sauce and mozzarella cheese, topped with crushed croutons...it's delish!

6 cups corkscrew-shaped pasta, (rotini), cooked and drained

1 jar (24 ounces) Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce  

OR Prego® Italian Sausage & Garlic Italian Sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese  (about 4 ounces)

1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm® Zesty Italian Croutons, crushed

  • Stir the pasta and sauce in a 10-inch skillet and heat over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
  • Reduce the heat to low. Top with cheese and crushed croutons. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted.

    This recipe was very easy to make and it a great option for a last minute meal but I was also not very impressed with it! And I agree with the last review it was VERY dry! Not terrible but just ok!

    I was not that impressed with this recipe. It might have been better if I would not have used so many noodles. I thought it was kind of dry. It was ok, but not something I will be making again soon.

    This was very easy to make. the croutons added a little extra to it that made a good difference then just spaghetti.
